Rinse the cauliflower, divide into roses and soften in salted water. Remove from the cooking water, drain and arrange on a platter.
Fry the onion cubes in butter until translucent. Add the minced meat and brown well. Add the tomatoes and tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes. Season well with the spices and vegetable soup and pour over the cauliflower florets.
Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
