Flour with salt season well, pour briskly into boiling water, if possible in lumps. Make 20 to half an hour (depending on the mass). Drain water, crumble lumps with fork, pour hot clarified butter over them. Leave to stand for a minute, then mix well with a fork.
Serve with coffee or milk.
Tip: Instead of clarified butter, you can also use butter in most cases.
