Suitable In case of allergy To wheat, rye, gluten, oats, spelt, barley, germ, triticale Prepare all ingredients to a smooth dough. Add a little water or oil drop by drop if the dough is too crumbly. It should also not be too sticky.
Form the dough into a ball, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
After resting, knead the dough again and roll it out thinly, preferably with a pasta machine. Cut out the pasta with a kitchen knife or a pasta wheel and cook it in salted water for about 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
