Clean white cabbage, chop finely and blanch in boiling hot water for about 5 min. Remove and drain in a large enough bowl. Clean, quarter and rinse peppers. Cut into very fine strips, add to the cabbage form.

For the marinade, stir all ingredients well and mix with the cabbage while it is still warm.

Cut the rolls in half diagonally, so that they still hang together on one side and can be opened. Clean and rinse radishes and cut into slices. Warm the meatloaf slightly in the microwave or a coated frying pan, then spread a thin layer of mustard on both sides.
