For the apple-peach puree, peel apples, remove core and cut into pieces. Immediately turn in lemon juice so that nothing discolors.

Scald the peaches with boiling water and then peel them. Add to the apples and bring to the boil with very little water and simmer for about 5 minutes, then puree.

When the puree has cooled down a bit, mix in the honey first, so that the valuable ingredients of the honey are not lost. Serve the apple-peach puree garnished with whipped cream and a strawberry.
