For the apple in a blanket, mix the flour with the margarine and add the skimmed curd. Knead into a smooth curd dough and refrigerate for half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash the apples, cut them in half and remove the cores. Heat orange juice with cloves in a pot. Steam the apples in it until they are somewhat soft but still firm to the bite.
Lift out the apples and drain on a paper towel.
Roll out the curd dough on a floured work surface and cut into squares of equal size. Place 1-2 two apple halves on each square, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with walnuts. Close the dough bags and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with egg and bake the apple in a blanket for about 20 minutes in the oven.
