For the tuna spread, remove the tuna from the can and drain well. Then chop/crush with a fork.
Add the juice of half a lemon and fold in. Then blend the creme fraiche until smooth and mix well with the tuna and lemon mixture.
Season with salt and pepper – preferably freshly ground from the mill.
Stir Dent tuna spread well again before serving.
Preparation Tip:
You can prepare the tuna spread wonderfully half a day in advance and refrigerate it.
