Wash the potatoes, then put them in a pot of boiling water.

If you prefer potatoes from the oven, cut the washed potatoes into wedges, place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper, season them as desired and drizzle a little oil over them. Bake at 250 °C for about 20-30 minutes. Then serve with the ketchup.
