Try this delicious pasta dish:
Cut two round medallions from the turkey cutlets, dice the remaining meat into small pieces. Rub the medallions with a little China spice. Mix the meat cubes with crème fraîche, China, herbs, egg yolk seasoning, salt and pepper in a cutter form and make a farce.
Spread the top and sides of the medallions with the farce.
750 ml vegetable soup in a saucepan with strainer insert form. Place the medallions with the meat side on the sieve and cook covered for 15 minutes. Peel carrot and radish, rinse remaining vegetables. Using a peeler, peel thin strips from all vegetables.
In a saucepan, sauté shallots with oil until soft, add vegetable strips and remaining vegetable soup and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Add Gouda to the vegetable noodles form and melt. Arrange the pasta, place the medallions on top and pour the sauce over them.
