Dough: Add ingredients one by one. Fold in flour and buttermilk. Dough should be thin. Bake in a greased waffle iron until golden brown.
To serve: arrange 2 waffles with scoop of pistachio ice cream and whipped cream topping. Drizzle melted chocolate icing in zig-zags over the top (e.g. with baking paper nozzle).
