Chili oil is made the same way by marinating dried chili peppers in vegetable oil for 2-3 weeks.
So: Cut the pork cutlet into small pieces and marinate it for about 1 hour in a marinade made of 1 tsp. sambal oelek, 2 tbsp. rice wine and 2 tbsp. vinegar.
Soak the mushrooms in water for about 1/2 hour, then squeeze, remove stems and chop.
Dice the tofu or the egg. Cut green onion into rings.
Bring 5 tsp. chicken soup powder to boil with 1L water, then add the marinated pork and simmer.
After about 3 minutes add the bamboo shoots (cut of course) and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the mushrooms.
Add the chili oil, cold vinegar, clear soup, soy sauce and corn starch and bring to a boil.
Mix the eggs and add while stirring.
Finally add the sesame oil, tofu and spring onions. Season with a little salt and white pepper.
