Try this delicious pasta dish:
Preparation (circa 25 min):
Cut smoked salmon into narrow strips. Mix well with freshly cut dill, a tiny bit of rubbed thyme, a tiny bit of lime zest and a tiny bit of olive oil. All together infuse for 30 min.
Clean and cut the snow peas into tender strips. Cook linguine in salted water with a few drops of oil until al dente, then drain and cool.
Sauté the peas in hot olive oil*, add the linguine and sauté. Add a tablespoon of capers, flavor with a little curry, season with salt and pepper.
Then add the lemon zest and the salmon strips, heat with the residual heat and arrange in a deep dish. Rub the thyme over it, sprinkle the remaining capers and go over the pasta with the pepper mill.
(*= sauté a little bit, briefly – note of the creator of the recipe).
