Cut the salmon fillet (400 g) into four equal parts. Crush the pepper (80 g) a little with a mortar or possibly with a wide kitchen knife. Turn the salmon from one side in the pepper to the other. Then heat the canola oil (80 ml) in a frying pan. at the beginning sear the salmon with the pepper side for 30- 40 seconds. Then turn to the other side and sear for another 20 seconds. Finally, fry with the frying pan for approx.
10 minutes at 100 °C in the heated oven.
Then season a little with salt and bring to the table, the pepper can be eaten by the way! Serving tip: It goes well with spinach leaves or a fresh Vogerlsalat and long-grain rice.
