Grill the calamari marinated in olive oil, herbs and knofl on the grill at about 180 °C. Rinse the lettuce well, chop the leaves and pass them through the balsamic vinegar-olive oil marinade, arrange on plates, arrange the grilled calamari (4 pieces per person) on the lettuce, garnish with onion rings.
